With decades of experience in dairy industry, KSDSS has long been a pioneer in the intersection of agriculture, animal husbandry, and industrial dairy production. For years, we have expertly managed 1,000 hectares of fertile land to cultivate premium forage crops, sustaining our 14,000 dairy cows and securing our position as a leader in milk production. Our heritage is built on a foundation of expertise, passed down through generations, ensuring that every aspect of our supply chain – from animal feed to final dairy products – meets the highest standards. Over the years, we have developed a state-of-the-art dairy factory that processes milk into a wide array of products, including milk powders, butter, and frozen cream, all rigorously tested to meet stringent quality benchmarks. At KSDSS, we pride ourselves on our long-standing commitment to innovation, sustainability, and excellence, providing both the local and global markets with premium dairy products rooted in tradition and quality.
The group’s agricultural unit operates 1,000 hectares of farmland equipped with a modern drip irrigation system, ensuring a strong foundation for our animal husbandry and dairy farming. The agricultural products of these lands are 600 tons of wheat, 17 thousand tons of fodder corn and 6 thousand tons of dry hay. The area under fodder cultivation reaches more than 300 hectares, which is for livestock fodder.

In 1938, we embarked on a journey with the founding of KSDSS Agro-Industry and Dairy Farm, marking the beginning of our deep-rooted connection with milk.

KSDSS has meticulously developed a sophisticated supply chain that begins with the cultivation of high-quality animal feed and fodder, ensuring the primary source of top-tier dairy products.

KSDSS employs advanced technology, such as rubber mats, cooling systems, and milk taxis, while prioritizing livestock welfare through hygiene, proper feeding, and regular welfare programs like the Chinese poison program conducted three times annually.
The KSDSS Agriculture and Livestock Complex is a leading entity in the animal husbandry sector, operating two main facilities: Chaltasian and Taliseh, managing 14,000 cattle with plans to expand to 28,000. These modern complexes adhere to international standards, producing an average of 30 liters of milk per cow daily with a milk fat content of 3.7%. Utilizing 152 German-made automatic milking machines and a 130-ton milk cooler capacity, the complex ensures efficient milk production.
Key efforts include employing experienced consultants, focusing on livestock nutrition, health, and staff training to ensure high-quality milk. The facilities also prioritize livestock welfare with proper hygiene practices, suitable feed, and the use of hydraulic and electric rakes, fire starters, and mats in free stall corridors. Chaltasian spans 273 hectares, employing 192 workers and producing 2,880 tons of milk per month, while Taliseh covers 86 hectares, employs 196 workers, and produces 2,940 tons of milk per month. Both facilities are equipped with quality management systems, environmental protection systems, and quality control laboratories.
The Taliseh complex holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, emphasizing its focus on quality. Also, over the past six years, two milk supplier farms have achieved strict raw milk quality certifications from companies like Nestlé Switzerland and IMF from France. Notably, a significant portion of our daily milk output is dedicated to producing Infant Milk Formula (IMF).
Recognized as a leading force in dairy production, KSDSS Agro-Industrial and Livestock Group has set a high standard in the industry. Established in 2021, the KSDSS factory spans 6 hectares with approximately 23,000 square meters of advanced facilities, making it one of the largest milk powder factories in the Middle East. Milk is directly supplied to the factory under strict supervision and undergoes comprehensive microbial testing before being transformed into high-quality dairy ingredients. This meticulous approach guarantees high product quality, stability, and superior physico-chemical attributes. Our facility produces a comprehensive range of products, including pasteurized butter, evaporated milk, frozen cream, buttermilk powder, and various types of milk powder, such as whole milk powder and specialized varieties like UHT Grade and High Heat Heat Stable Skim Milk Powder (SMP HHHS). This scale of production supports employment for around 500 people.
Utilizing advanced equipment, KSDSS supplies high-quality dairy products to both domestic and international markets, reinforcing its reputation as a trusted industry supplier.

As the parent group, KSDSS produces products globally under established brands, used across diverse food and dairy production lines.
KSDSS's high-quality dairy products are distributed to international markets, including South Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and CIS countries, establishing the group as a global player in the dairy industry.
Currently, over 80% of the factory's products are exported. Additionally, in 2023, the group accounted for more than 15% of the country’s total dairy exports.

In 2024, KSDSS continues to innovate and expand its production capabilities. The upcoming inauguration of "Spray-Dryer 3," a state-of-the-art spray dryer designed specifically for drying food ingredients and powdered milk, is set to significantly increase the factory’s capacity. With this new equipment, milk powder production is expected to rise by 1,200 tons, and butter production will increase by 600 tons. Additionally, our ongoing R&D efforts focus on further enhancing innovation processes.

At KSDSS, we prioritize quality at every stage, from cow care to production and laboratory analysis. Our factory laboratory allows for rigorous monitoring of input milk, exceeding national standards. This ensures we deliver the highest quality products. KSDSS holds several prestigious certifications, including GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000:2015, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 10002:2019, and Halal certification, reflecting our commitment to quality and safety.

KSDSS and Nestlé have partnered to address the country’s water crisis by implementing an international wastewater management system at Chaltasian Farm, with support from Nestlé’s agricultural team and the Dairy Farming Institute in China. This collaboration aims to optimize water consumption and boost productivity through intelligent recharging, positioning Chaltasian Farm as a national model for sustainable water management in agriculture and dairy sectors.

The mechanized production of milk powder and butter, with a focus on quality and optimizing fat and protein percentages, increases agricultural efficiency and supports the expansion of our research and development department. We consider customer satisfaction our greatest asset and are committed to realizing our vision of becoming the largest producer of high-quality milk powder for industrial use in the Middle East.
